Travel support guidelines

Deadline for travel support application: 7 March 2025

Limited travel support will be provided to support early career researchers, with preference given to researchers in Asia for attending the training school and workshop.

If you wish to apply for travel support to attend the training school / workshop, please prepare and submit:

• A statement of motivation for attending the training school (250 words max).
• Your curriculum vitae (2 pages max).
• An endorsement letter from your supervisor or project leader for the training school (250 words max).
• An abstract for a presentation at the workshop (250 words max) – instructions on abstract submission given above.
