Who We Are

ACOM leads and supports community-driven research addressing air quality and climate challenges by developing world-class instruments, models, and facilities, integrating fundamental chemistry and atmospheric observations with numerical modeling, and supporting a collaborative and inclusive research environment.

ACOM's organizational structure consists of a laboratory directorate, administrative team, and three research sections.

Staff at ACOM include a diverse and active team of scientists, engineers, administrators, postdoctoral fellows, and support teams.

Our Science Advisory Board is drawn from UCAR member universities and US Government agencies.

Our goal is to foster a culture where all laboratory employees and visitors feel valued and are treated with respect and consideration.
