Meeting venue and lodging

• The workshop and training school will be held at the FARS Hotel.
• A room block has already been secured at the FARS Hotel for meeting attendees at the rate of $73 USD per night (all inclusive). Unless you are choosing to stay at another hotel, there is no need to book your room. We will reserve it for you.
• Once you are registered, we will be asking for additional information. We will need to know your arrival and departure dates to secure your room for the appropriate number of days
• You will have chance to provide information on room preferences (e.g., non-smoking), dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian) and preferences for the lunches and a banquet dinner that will be arranged as part of the workshop. 

Airport to Hotel transportation:

• Guest pick up taxi from the airport to hotel can be arranged by the hotel. For people stay at the FARS Hotel, the cost of airport to/from hotel transportation is $18 USD each way. Once you booked airline, please plan to provide your arrival information for airport pick-ups. Additional instructions for that service will be given.
