Maximillien Desservettaz

Max will develop algorithms to compare a chemical transport model with an Earth System model, to help assess the validity of using simplified chemical schemes in the Earth System model. Prior to his visit, Max has measured emission factors of volatile organic compounds specific to Australian fires. During his visit, Max will implement these emission factors into the NCAR fire model, FINN, to create a customised model for the Australian region.
