We will work on a paper describing the utility of trace gases for meteorological experiments. The atmospheric chemistry community has often used ratios of hydrocarbons to identify airmass origins, to ensure they are sampling the same airmass in two locations, and to estimate the photochemical age of the air. Our paper will generalize this approach and be submitted to a journal, like BAMS, that is widely read by meteorologists.
