NDACC/IRWG-TCCON-COCCON Annual Meeting 2024
Venue
Meeting location is NSF NCAR Mesa Laboratory at 1850 Table Mesa Dr, Boulder, CO 80305. There is a large parking lot at the building, but it takes about five minutes to walk from the lot to the main entrance.
Important Dates
The registration deadline for all is May 31st, 2024.
Any cancellations or changes for in person registrations must be made by June 14th for a refund, cancellations or changes made after that date will not be refunded.
Any cancellations or changes to online registrations must be made by July 8th for a refund, cancellations or changes made after that date will not be refunded.
Registrations for the group rate at Residence Inn Boulder must be made by June 7th, 2024. And bookings made after that cannot be guaranteed at the group rate.
Getting to Boulder
The major airport near Boulder is Denver International Airport (also called DIA, airport code is DEN), which is about an hour drive to Boulder. There are various ways to get from DIA to Boulder, including public transportation which is detailed in the section below.

Visas
You may need to apply for a visitor visa if traveling abroad for the meeting. People from certain countries do not need to apply for a visa before traveling to the USA, providing you only intend to stay temporarily.

Lodging
There is a hotel block at Residence Inn Boulder on 3030 Center Green Dr. The group rate is $176 USD per night and the last day to book the group rate is June 7th, 2024. Any reservations made after that date cannot be guaranteed at the group rate.
The shuttle to / from the Mesa Lab will be routed to this hotel.

Reception and Dinner
On Wednesday, July 10th, we'll be hosting a reception and dinner at the NCAR terrace. Join us for live music and enjoy a limited open bar after the meeting. Remember to include this event in your registration if you plan to attend.
NSF NCAR Research Aviation Facility (RAF) Tour
On Friday, July 12th, there will be a tour of the NSF NCAR Research Aviation Facility (RAF). A shuttle will be provided from the Mesa Lab to RAF and back. Please make sure you include it when registering for the event if you wish to attend.
