Shima Shams

Shima will retrieve stratospheric ozone from an emission ground-based remote sensing sensor (FTIR) at Summit station Greenland. Using in situ and ground-based remote sensing data she will work on a comprehensive assessment of high latitude ozone data from climate and assimilated models. Knowing the uncertainties of models, Shima will investigate the impact of Sudden Stratospheric Warmings on high latitude ozone since 2004.
