Mengchu Tao

Dr. Mengchu Tao will collaborate with Dr. Laura Pan and other scientists in the ACOM Upper Troposphere - Lower Stratosphere (UTLS) group as part of the long-term collaboration between IEK-7, Forschungszentrum Jülich and ACOM UTLS. She will collaborate in data analyses and modeling for the CONTRAST (CONvective TRansport of Active Species in the Tropics) campaign. The Jülich model, Chemical Lagrangian Model of the Stratosphere (CLaMS), will be used to aid campaign data analyses and interpretation and to investigate the contribution of long range transport over the tropical western Pacific.
